The walks are sometimes long and strenuous arduous but they are complemented by wonderful terrestrial and aerial vistas of cool refreshing temperate and alpine forest and rushing waterfalls. Trekking is along ancient trade routes, far away from the main towns unlike in other Asian countries, mobile mass of the villagers with yak sheep and goats sometimes encountered along the trail route.
