
Lumbini, situated about 280 km west of Kathmandu in the Terai region, is the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha. Before his enlightment Buddha's childhood name was Siddhartha Gautam. He was born as a prince in 623 BC. The Mayadevi Temple and the Ashoka Pillar are the two major attractions of Lumbini. Today Lumbini is protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and in recent times Lumbini has been a drawcard for international visitors.

| Day 05 : | A full day of sightseeing at Pokhara |
| Day 06: | After breakfast drive to Kathmandu and check into hotel. Half a days's sightseeing and then drive to Nagarkot for a view of the sunset over the mountains |
| Day 07: | Make an early morning start for a view of the sunrise over the mountains, then return to Kathmandu for a full day of sightseeing |
